Odd Haugen, Honolulu carries the 440 lb weight to the sled on the second leg of the Medley. And Phil Pfister carries the 220 lb. stone to the sled on the third leg of the Medley.

Karl Gillingham, Minnesota was the first to complete the Medley in
the allotted 2 minutes, pulling the sled over the finish line.

(Two contestants per heat. Flipped an 800 lb. tire 4 times. Then carry a 440 lb. weight 50 feet and load onto a sled. Come back and then carry a 220 lb. stone 50 feet, and also load it onto the sled. Then pull the sled back 50 feet to the finish line. All to be completed in 2 minutes.)
