I have completely retired from 15+ years of competitions (World’s Strongest Man). I have decided since I have the time now I am restarting my PERSONAL TRAINING business. I want to give you the opportunity to benefit from all of my experiences and knowledge. For a little more background about me you can log onto my (currently being updated) web site.( www.strengthathlete.com ) I am available for ALL LEVELS (beginner to professional athlete) and any sport of personal training and instruction. I can do a sit-down one on one evaluation for you of your current situation all the way to in person one-on-one training and workouts.

If you are someone that has already has the know-how and/or expertise on how to train and maybe you are not getting the results you think you should be getting based on the effort you are putting in. You feel you just need a expert to evaluate and make recommendations to get the most out of the effort you are putting in. You just need some help to get re-focused and motivated. I also have extensive knowledge in rehab and injury prevention. I have suffered many devastating injuries and each time I have come back to the same level and most of the times even better!!

I am very different (as you can see from my photos) from most of the personal trainers you will see at your gym or health club. I am someone who has been there, done just about all and I know what it takes to get you there! I have a “PHD in experience and results”; and all of my knowledge and expertise is only a phone call away. Call or email me, you will not regret it!!

The more you have an understanding of the training the better the results you will have. It really helps you to adapt and get the results you desire when you make it a LIFESTYLE and not just 3-4 training sessions a week.


Anybody can make the decision to “get back into shape” and most people last a couple of weeks!! What happens when you are sore or tired and your desire is lacking, or you hit the inevitable plateau? It happens to all of us!! That is when you need somebody to lean on and to motivate and to help you get everything back into perspective!! Somebody to remind you why you started in the first place, remind you why it was you set the goals!!


This is a 24 hour a day change. Your mental and physical approach to eating, sleeping, and exercise will be apart of who you are and not just an after thought. This will not be overwhelming, just a few changes to your everyday lifestyle to make you feel better and healthier. If you need me as your support system, I will make myself available to you if you need support whenever you need it. (clients that need support to help them stay on the path and help to resist the urges to go back to the easy way)


 I have changed many others lives and I would be more than honored to take this journey with you!!
